Shameless audacity...

Luke 11:8-10 (New International Version, ©2011)
8 I tell you, even though he will not get up and give you the bread because of friendship, yet because of your shameless audacity[a] he will surely get up and give you as much as you need.

9 “So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

Dear Warriors,

I am drawn to this verse, as I think of you today.  This is a strong statement by Jesus telling us to be persistent and ask for God's help.  I have several of you in my prayers who are facing particular obstacles in what the future holds for you.  Hopes and dreams are in the balance and there is no crystal ball.  Have you confessed to God that you can't make it without Him?  Ask Him to cause you to be persistent and not get discouraged?  He can do it through, you if you ask.

I pray wholeheartedly, today, and everyday for you that you would not get discouraged, but be shamelessly audacious in prayer and seek God for your answers with hopeful expectation of the door that will be opened to you.
